We collect the task details, files, contact information, and payment information needed to quote, complete, deliver, and support a requested task. Payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us.

How we use it

We use your information only to perform the requested service, communicate about it, prevent misuse, maintain records, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use your task files for advertising.

Task files and access

Files are limited to the people and systems needed to complete the task. Access is role-based and reviewed when a task needs additional care. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

Retention and deletion

We retain task records and files only for as long as needed to deliver the service, handle revisions, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of eligible information by contacting us.

Security

We use encrypted connections, access controls, and operational safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so we ask you to share only what is necessary for the task.
