The service

We accept administrative, research, document, organization, and similar requests. A quote states scope, price, delivery expectation, and deliverable before paid work begins. We may decline illegal, unsafe, deceptive, infringing, regulated-advice, or unsuitable requests.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate instructions and have rights to share submitted material. You must review deliverables before relying on them. You remain responsible for business, employment, tax, legal, financial, medical, or other decisions made using a deliverable; this service does not replace licensed professional advice.

Prices, credits, and payment

Prices are shown before work begins. Local-currency prices are rounded to whole units; payment providers may use their own exchange rate. Purchased credits do not expire. Membership credits are granted monthly and can roll over up to one monthly grant. Credits have no cash value except where law requires and are not transferable. Taxes may apply.

Included correction

Each eligible task includes one small correction when it remains within the original request and source materials. A new outcome, substantial rework, new files, or new research is quoted separately. Submit a correction within 7 days of delivery.

Membership cancellation and refunds

Cancel a membership in the billing portal before its next renewal; service continues through the paid period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused membership time unless law requires. If we cannot complete a paid task as quoted, we offer a correction, task-credit refund, or payment refund as appropriate.

Ownership, confidentiality, and liability

You retain rights in what you submit. After payment, you may use your final deliverable for its intended purpose; we retain service methods and generic know-how. We apply our Privacy Policy, but do not promise absolute confidentiality. To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for a task is limited to the amount paid for that task.
